Leases ending soon
Leases ending in the next 60 days (or sooner than the notice period). Set each one's renewal in the unit's Lease & rules.
Problem reports
What tenants report from their unit's page. Each report is also texted to the numbers under Text alerts.
Showings
Appointments to let prospective tenants view a unit. Access only: leasing questions go to the owner. Never write door or lockbox codes here.
Units
Every unit with what needs attention. Open the owner page for the full details; the tenant link is what its QR plates open.
Maintenance & to-dos
Each unit's maintenance schedule and to-do list. Changes here show on the unit's owner page too.
Plan ahead
Systems and appliances at or near the end of their typical life, across every unit, so replacements can be budgeted.
Contractors
Everyone who works on your properties, in one place. Tap to call. Each one also shows on the owner pages of the units they cover, so you can pick them for a job there.
Add a unit
Fill in the setup form for the unit (on site, with photos), download its home file, then add it here. Or copy a unit with the same layout and equipment.
Text alerts
Everyone listed gets a text when a tenant reports a problem: the owner, a property manager, a maintenance person.
An alert on this phone when a tenant reports a problem, and when a lease is coming up for turnover. Each person turns it on on their own phone, signed in with the owner or secondary login. Works without Twilio.
Logins
One shared password you can give to anyone who helps with the properties. They can do everything day to day, but can't change logins or delete units. Setting a new password or turning it off signs out everyone using it right away.
